As a holiday home owner you are responsible for the health and safety of your guests. This process can be daunting, however we provide a comprehensive Health and Safety Guide to ensure you are aware of all your legal responsibilities and what is best practice to ensure the wellbeing of your guests. In addition, our knowledgeable team are on hand to advise you and assist with the provision of all services required for your holiday home to be compliant with the law.
Health and Safety is a continuous requirement. Our property management service doesn’t just ensure your property is compliant for the first year. It is designed to provide you with ongoing support, year after year. For example, we will set up automated reminders so that we are alerted when renewal of each of the required certificates and risk assessments is due.
In addition to sourcing experts to provide you with the necessary certificates and assessments, we can also assist in liaising with suppliers in the provision of any required works, and the fitting of smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
As a holiday let owner you need to have Furnished Holiday Letting Public Liability Insurance specifically for a furnished holiday let. We are happy to recommend insurers to you who understand the holiday lettings process, and can undertake the property checks required by your insurance agent.
